Blue Cross of NEPA seeking more than $10 million in premium hikes

Mark Moran / The Citizens’ Voice Blue Cross spokesman Anthony Matrisciano said the health insurer is trying to keep premiums ‘as affordable as possible.’ Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking more than $10 million in health-insurance premium increases that would affect more than 48,900 people.
